Operations Leader (Thai-Chinese Speaking)

Job Description:

•To manage resource planning

•To control work standard and KPIs in order to achieve target

•To develop and improve performance regularly

•To learn KEX’s Operations work process system

•To work as per supervisor’s assigned

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Liberal Arts with major in Chinese or any related field

•At least 0-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation and warehouse is preferred

•Ability to communicate in Chinese with HSK Level 5 - 6

•Able to prioritize work and handle multi tasks with having negotiation skill

•Fast learner in dynamic environment

•Thrive on challenges with problem solving skill and commit to success

•Strong in analytical thinking and result-oriented

•Able to work under pressure

•Positive attitude, proactive and be able to work independently

•Able to work 6 days a week
