Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
• Process employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
• Maintaining employee records and Updating HR databases
• Has payroll experience. Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. Support payroll functions e.g. submit PND 1 /PND1ก / SSO online
• Able to use MS Office
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies
• Recruitment and Visa-workpermit experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Have 2-5 years HR experiences.
• Good communication in English ( Chinese is a plus )
• Service mindset
• Able to manage pressure situation
• Able to handle work at the same due date time.
