About the job

• Ensure smooth HR Operation in Indonesia according to Indonesia law, regulation. Implement Mitr Phol Policy, guideline according to Indonesia’s culture
• Analyze and consolidate data to improve business and people productivity
• Provide consultation and guidelines in people management according to corporate policy and local rules and regulations
• Build good relationship with stakeholders eg. union member, outsource vendor, government agency, etc. to ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with local in negotiation of HR & GA related matters
• Collaborate with HR Corporate to develop and implement people management practices that fits with Indonesia culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in related filed
• 5-10 years experiences in HR.
• Highly fluent in English.
• Skilled in Excel and Power point
• Having Analytical & Systematic Thinking
• Presentation Skill
• Prefer Thai national able to relocate to work in Indonesia.
