Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of products.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer demands.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor and analyze inventory reports to identify and address discrepancies.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse organization.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a secure work environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and repairs.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
