Indirect Purchasing

Role Responsibilities

• Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including negotiation, preparations, and cost analysis.
• Prepares purchase orders, approves payments, and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance.
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
• Strong sourcing ability and ensure qualified sourcing activity & procedures
• Good teamwork and service mind

Role Purpose

• Standardization of indirect purchasing and structure the process

Minimum Requirements

• Have working experience in purchasing at least 3 Years
• Experience in SAP is advantage.
