    CRM Operations Coordinator

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain SOPs for sales and marketing operations, ensuring they are streamlined, up-to-date, and efficiently support activities.
    • Administrate our CRM system (HubSpot), optimizing sales processes, tracking interactions, forecasting sales, and reporting on team performance.
    • Support data integrity initiatives by performing data editing and cleansing exercises, ensuring accurate and clean data is maintained within our systems.
    • Assist in customer service, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and qualify potential leads, providing senior sales and partnership personnel with the information needed for targeted sales efforts.
    • Work closely with both the sales and marketing teams, with a primary focus on sales, to align sales operations with broader business objectives.
    • Prepare reports and analyses for the CRM and Marketing Operations Manager, providing insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and CRM technology advancements to recommend improvements to our sales processes.
    • Having basic knowledge about automations and willing to learn


    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in data, CRM, sales operations, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
    • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear and effective SOPs.
    • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent analytical skills, capable of identifying trends and insights from data.
    • Proven commitment to high-quality customer service.
    • Team-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
