    Analytics and AI Account Manager

    Position Details

    About the job

    In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about client liaison, data, building key learnings and problem solving.

    • Provide key subject matter expertise for Analytics & AI products
    • Work closely with pre-sales teams to gather requirements, determine solutions to customers’ challenges, and present proposals to clients
    • Provide demonstrations, presentations, and services for potential clients in FMCG, Banking, Insurance and other leading sectors in Fortune 500 companies
    • Complete RFI/RFPs; identify client requirements and ensure proactive communications with clients to ensure clients’ satisfaction
    • Build relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospects
    • Liaise with Product team to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers, and also suggest them with user behavior and/or any potential changes that clients would like ● Conduct research into the industry, including competitor research
    • Maintain excellent understanding of the analytics market, specifically around technology, data and consumerism
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet sales target


    Qualification

    ● BS/BA degree or higher

    ● Minimum 5 years of experience in Analytics Presales, Technical Presales, or in a client facing role providing analytics solutions

    ● Experience in being able to translate business needs into workable analytics solutions

    ● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (both Thai and English)

    ● Proven ability to quickly and deeply learn new technologies and clearly communicate their value proposition

    ● Strong problem solving and analytical skills

    ● Proven track record in client engagement, relationship building, and negotiation skills

    ● Consultative and confident, with an ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

    ● Experience in managing Proof of Concepts and creating solution demonstrations

    ● Highly proficient in using MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint, Excel)

    ● Ability to work independently and proactively

    ● Can-do attitude, Eager to learn new things & Results driven

    ● [BONUS] Telco experience & Digital advertising

    ● [BONUS] Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data modelling

    ● [BONUS] Global experience having worked across various markets outside Thailand
