Web3 Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated with the latest trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Web3 infrastructure space. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform KRNL Labs’ marketing initiatives.
• Milestone Tracking: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that aligns with KRNL Labs’ product milestones and roadmap. Ensure all marketing activities are timely and aligned with project goals.
• Content Advertising: Create and oversee compelling content advertising campaigns tailored to our target audience. Craft engaging narratives that communicate the value and vision of KRNL Labs.
• Social Media Management: Manage KRNL Labs' presence on Twitter, Discord, Linkedin forums, and other relevant platforms. Publish regular updates, engage with the community, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and active community by initiating and participating in discussions on forums, Discord, and social media. Encourage user-generated content and feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, and Engineering, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on critical metrics to the leadership team.
• PR & Events: Orchestrate our media and event presence.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Ethereum and the emergent trends within the space.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Bangkok office.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience in Web3.
• Experience leading the marketing and GTM from the early stages for a reputable widely adopted product or token project.
• A proven track record with a focus on technical, strategic, and organic marketing rather than purely paid marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management and content advertising.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native-level English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Extremely self-motivated to get things done.
• Comfortable and able to work effectively in a constantly changing environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Availability to work several hours daily with teams in different time zones, particularly UTC+0.
