Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the warehouse.
• Ensure the picking, packing, and preparation of orders for dispatch are adhering to the SOP.

2. Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with ERP system data.
• Implement measures to minimize inventory shrinkage and damage.

3. Order Fulfillment:

• Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with internal teams and 3PL providers to ensure smooth order processing.
• Address and resolve order-related issues promptly.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, stock take results, and warehouse performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with a track record of managing large-scale operations.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing best practices, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs compliance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
