JOB DESCRIPTION

- Respond to all inquiries from both new prospects and existing agent clients on a daily basis in a timely manner

- Complete the proposal or booking using booking system Travel Studio for destinations Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Singapore

- Collaborate where required with internal departments and suppliers to create competitive tailor-made itinerary proposals

- Ensure accuracy in all details in contracts and quotations

- Complete all quotation and booking processes following the standard operational procedures

- Manage booking payments as per the company booking terms and conditions

- Liaise with finance department for all payments and invoices to suppliers and agents.

- Manage dispatch and accuracy of travel documents

- Support Operations Team and Tour Guides when needed

- Assist other team members when requested

PROFILE

- Passionate about travel

- Thai citizenship

- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Inbound Tour Operator (Luxury segment) and Small Leisure Groups is a plus

- Positive attitude, motivated, well organized, ambitious

- Good destination knowledge of Thailand and Southeast Asia

- Ability to work under pressure
