หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ให้บริการด้านข้อมูลรายละเอียดห้องพักกับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และลูกค้า Walk in
• ดูแลการ Check In-Check Out ของลูกค้า
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลลูกค้าและห้องพักให้ได้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ให้บริการ อำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าที่เข้าพัก และประสานงานกับแม่บ้าน ช่างเทคนิค และฝ่ายอื่นๆ
• ดูแลตารางการเข้าเวรการทำงานของพนักงานให้ได้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน
• จัดทำรายงานรายได้การเข้าพักประจำวัน และรายงานอื่นๆ
