Senior Talent Manager

Responsibility

• Implement and execute plans to meet strategic growth targets
• Advise and execute on-point content creator acquisition 
• Create and develop compensation and benefits to retain content creators
• Analyze create platform data (YouTube) to enhance creator followers and views
• Work with stakeholders to increase talent visibility through Esports Brands
• Cooperate with platform(s) directly to foster direct working relationships
• Help improve workflows between sales, client solutions and content creators

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai
• Strong collaborative skills 
• Ability to think strategically and big picture
• Organized nature and proactive personality
• High energy and passion about esports and gaming
• Very high developed emotional intelligence 
• Ability to generate reports and present strategies to upper management

• Proven experience in working with influencers and a good understanding of the YouTube platforms will be a big plus
