Senior Project Management - Supply Chain, Shopee

• Identify and define operational pain points in logistics and warehousing through data analysis, field observations, and deep dives into current workflows.

• Investigate root causes behind inefficiencies or compliance issues and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate identified problems into actionable plans.

• Co-develop initiatives such as SOP revisions, feature enhancements, and policy adjustments.

• Drive the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

• Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on implemented changes by tracking KPIs, collecting feedback, and adjusting strategies to ensure sustainable impact.
