Senior Marketing (Business Analyst) - ShopeePay (Monee)

• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, BI, Operations, etc.) to develop initiatives and data analyses to drive business growth across ShopeePay, including total user base as well as various Categories (MarketPlace, Digital Products, Merchant, P2P - Money transfer, etc.)

• Plan, execute and coordinate with relevant cross-functional stakeholders to implement initiatives

• Conduct desk research/ user survey/ competitor investigate  to provide insights for business growth

• Deliver management report and business analysis as requested by Local & Regional Management team

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders and management team

• 3+ years of working experience in tech companies or consulting firms.

• Competent in analysis, research and presentation.

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skill.

• Proactive, self-starter, open-minded and ability to learn quickly.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver project.

• Proficient in PowerPoint/ Excel.

• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to work in a fast-paced industry.

• Proactive and portrait strong interest to join the fin-tech industry.

• Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred.
