Provide technical development direction and ensure strategic alignment with KBTG strategy
Oversee planning, prioritization, development, alignment, and consistency of all development programs
Drive Learning and Development products and initiatives
Work closely with HRBP and line manager to design technical development solutions to serve business needs
Monitor and analyze learning effectiveness and gather feedback on learning content to improve effectiveness
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and drive new initiatives to continuously improve training methods
Drive and promote learning culture
Job Qualification Required Skills
Knowledge in training needs assessment, training program design and training roadmap.
Understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Ability to apply learning principles in training design, presentation, teaching and evaluation methods.
Ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven improvements.
Ability to think outside of the box to deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills to effectively convey training content and develop effective partnerships with stakeholders.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, psychology or related fields.
Minimum 5-7 years related work experience in training, learning and development, including 3-4 years of expert/specialist experience.
Background in technology industry, banking or financial services business.
Relevant certifications in training and development is an advantage.
Proficiency in using e-learning tools and software for creating and delivering training content is an advantage.
