Senior Economist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Economist specializing in ASEAN economy at Krungsri Research. The Senior Economist will be responsible for conducting economic research, analyzing macroeconomic trends, and utilizing statistical tools to provide data-driven insights. The Senior Economist will collaborate with internal teams to develop economic forecasts, support strategic decision-making, and provide recommendations to business units. This role is based in Bangkok Metropolitan Area with flexibility for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Economic Research and Macroeconomics skills
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis
• Knowledge of Economics principles and theories
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Thai and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Preferrably Master's or Ph.D. degree in Economics or related field
