Associate, Fleet Strategy & Commercial
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to improve sustainable growth for company.
Build Grab EV and fleet partnership project plan, gathering inputs from on-ground and partners to design practical action plans together with external partners and operations team
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes for strategic decision-making
Develop commercial proposals, bidding, contracts and other contract-related documentation, perform contractual/commercial review and negotiation. Expedite the processing and execution of documents, ensuring timelines and our goals are met
Evaluate opportunities for business expansion, including market reach, product diversification, and geographical expansion. Ensure understanding across team members and external partners on important plans and main performance targets.
Working closely with the fleet operations team and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities to track actual performance against plan, continuous improvement in the scope
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
1 or more years of experience in strategy, commercial, or account management roles within startups or data-driven industries.
Experience in management consulting or strategic planning within startups.
Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) for data analysis (essential). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Fluent in English and Thai; can engage with all partners.
Experience in quantitative skills and business acumen, able to translate complex analyses into relevant business insights.
Ability to construct and deliver clear narratives and work plans.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
