Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Research and understand products to effectively reach target audiences and generate sales opportunities.
Contact and build relationships with new clients using engaging questions and ideas, including making cold calls.
Prepare presentations for sales pitches tailored to individual clients.
Focus on quarterly sales targets and KPIs to meet sales performance standards.
Manage the sales process and sales strategies.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Build and maintain customer databases (CRM).
Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales team meetings.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Qualifications:
At least one 1+ year of sales experience in products and services within the 3D, Software, or Digital Marketing Agency industries.
At least one 2+ year of sales experience in products and services in any industry.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results.
