Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure store execution of allocation strategies and campaigns: Point of contact with the Ops team.
• Monitor and intervene with store performance; connect feedback from stores to the category team and vice versa.
• Provide visual merchandising and space allocation guidelines.
• Provide input in defining “localization” (defined by the cluster team) and ensure execution.
• Provide category product knowledge training and fundamental sales skills training to the stores by cluster.
• Work closely with the Buyers and Category Marketing Manager within the category as well as Stores.
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation.
