CLIENTELING INITIATIVES
Aware of market trends and competition, and provide insights to merchandising team on local clients’ needs and preferences
Have both rational understanding of clients’ needs at market level and intuition on what they would expect for the future
Set relationship with Key partners (Hotels, Personal Shoppers, etc)
Set initiatives with Clienteling/CRM/marketing/PR to develop Brand visibility towards new customers
Sets seasonal event for Thailand and measure the impact on sales & clienteling
Manage/maintain regular competition benchmark on Clienteling actions
Partner Clienteling & Loyalty Manager on Clienteling strategies and initiatives
BUSINESS NETWORK
Provide inputs to budgeting process in terms of sales forecast, headcount requirements, financial requirements etc
Monitor sales performance versus objectives
Develop and implement commercial action plan to grow the business e.g. targeting, clientele categories (local/tourists), incentive programs, slow movers etc
Liaise with merchandising team on buyings ; provide feedback for product development
Liaise with regional office ; produce required reporting, provide recommendations and work towards effective 2-way communication
Monitor & communicate with regional team on local trading environment and trends, including competition, tourism, consumer trends
Ensure efficient reporting, administrative management and upwards communication
Propose layout adjustments as needed to ensure commercial efficiency
Manage existing store network projects: expansion, renovation, relocation, closure
PARTNERSHIP
Oversee day-to-day operation of the stores and solve operational issues
Ensure standards of housekeeping and merchandising are always well maintained
Enforce company policies and procedures
Provide necessary resources and support to stores
Liaise with suppliers and ensure optimum conditions
Control costs for optimum effectiveness of operations
Plan and take necessary steps to have optimum stock levels, appropriate merchandise mix and correct inventory control; maintain inventory discrepancies at the lowest possible level.
Implement and support all security measures
Investigate and report on any occurrence outside normal events
