Regional Account Executive (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship, from briefing, creating, amending business plans and putting together response decks, presenting to clients, and handling all client communications
• Understand client businesses and objectives, in order to improve their business performance through our service
• Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology towards all briefs
• Communicate effectively to make recommendations on the scope and timeline of client projects, and manage their expectations on the results and schedule
• Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
• Work closely with top creative freelancers, pick and delegate projects according to client’s requirements and objectives
• Be proactive on solving problems and data driven planning

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field
• Excellent command in English
• Minimum 3-year of experience in a digital media agency
• Past hands-on experience in account management or marketing communications
• Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact
• Motivated and able to thrive and think under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent organization, analytical and influencing skills

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Experienced in building relationships with top marketing decision maker
