Digital Brand Manager (TCASter)
Responsibilities:
Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for digital products, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
Identify monetization opportunities within digital products and build commercialization strategies that maximize value.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to inform marketing and product strategies.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create seamless, insight-driven marketing alignment.
Influence product development by providing recommendations that improve customer experience and product-market fit.
Craft and oversee integrated product and brand communication strategies across all internal and external stakeholders.
Define and monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate performance, drive optimization, and ensure marketing effectiveness.
Plan and lead full-funnel performance marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and revenue.
Optimize campaign performance across digital channels using A/B testing, segmentation, and iterative experimentation.
Maximize ROI by adjusting campaign strategy, messaging, targeting, and channel mix based on real-time performance insights.
Provide hands-on execution support and guidance in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms when needed.
Audit marketing processes, strategies, and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Identify areas for improvement and provide clear, actionable feedback to strengthen team capabilities.
Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert in performance marketing, fostering growth and accountability across the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years in performance marketing, digital product marketing, or a related role with ownership of GTM strategy and execution.
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products through strategic marketing.
Proven hands-on experience with key digital tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance platforms).
Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to uncover monetization opportunities and translate them into marketing actions.
Advanced skills in campaign optimization, ROI analysis, and data interpretation.
Confident in using data to inform decisions, experiment, and scale what works.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
