HR Data Quality review, Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Regional and Country HR Managers
Implement and develop (new) HR Systems, including post-implementation phase with constant feedback and improvements.
Constructive cooperation with country HR teams for frequent communication, alignment, project implementation and monthly HR controlling report.
Support regional HR team in implementing regional HR policies, processes, campaigns and personnel development initiatives.
Management of a portfolio of short-/ mid-term HR projects and long-term transformation initiatives as part of the Regional HR team
Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the HR organization including tracking and reporting on risks/ issues. Proactively anticipate/ identify unresolved items, propose solutions and escalate to the leadership team in a timely manner.
track and report all changes in project parameters, prepare end of project reports, close all project documentation, and archive appropriate records.
Bring a systemized approach to our team and use project management software solutions to bring transparency and planning.
Proactively collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization (Country management, Country HRs managers, regional teams, etc.) to connect dots and coordinate initiatives as needed.
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
BSc/ MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist/ HR Operations & Technology.
Experienced in Excel Macros and Business Intelligence tool such as Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems such as Workday, solid understanding of labor legislation and HR data and reporting.
Result-oriented and structured work ethos.
High level of flexibility, motivation, and an engaging personality.
