People Advocate (HR Business Partnership)

Finding the WIN-WIN requires us to actively listen to what the Country and overall business needs to deliver on its strategy

• Seek to understand the business aspiration, direction and strategy. Define current and future state needs to develop effective people strategy. Use the strategy to develop and design of people strategy, solutions and decisions. Use the strategy to drive decisions and align people solutions.
• Proactively advise business leaders. Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities, co-create talent priorities, workforce and talent planning.
• Actively listen to employees. Understand people data. Identify and group unique needs, preference s or challenges within a population. Validate key insights, pain points, and unmet needs. Driving ongoing conversations through targeted focus groups, communities of interest, etc.
• Provide strategic people advice to business leaders. Solve strategic and complex people challenges and issues.

Qualifications

• Strong human resource management concept and tools – strategic management, capacity planning and management, segment analysis, organizational design, change management and business acumen
• Knowledge of Agile way of work is advantage
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with high pressure and complexity
• Strong analytical and presentation skill including story-telling ability
• Fast learner and eager to learn and grow
• Capable of MS Excel and PowerPoint
