• Carry out, organize and summarize various reports about salary and welfare of the Gunkul Group forwarded to relevant departments both internal and external the organization to be completed on time with efficiency and effectiveness under the policy set by the company

รายละเอียดงาน :

• Carry out, organize and summarize report and various welfare related to salary payments for employees of the Gunkul Group such as overtime pay, travel expenses, provident funds of affiliated companies
• Prepare and check the calcualtion of salaries, wages, tax submissions, social security contributions /compensation funds according to labor laws and the Revenue Department for the company group to meet with the policy set by the company accurately and beneficial to the organization
• Maintain, improve, and update documents, reports, forms, employee data files and other relevant files in the department to be current and available at all times
• Procure, prepare, present and update various welfare related to company policy
• Supervise and process the preparation of documents; a summary report about human resources such as Personnel Notification / Promotion / Transfer / Evaluation of employees after probation / Annual evaluation (Competency, KPIs / Time Attendance) to be accurate and on time under the policy set by the company

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

• Male/Female, age 23 years up
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and other related fields
• At least 2-3 years of experience in salary and welfare
