Job Descrption：
-Be at the forefront of developing media strategy for Xiaomi Thailand business
- connect media instruments with marketing goal
-Work with agency to fulfill regional media activities evaluation and management
-Capability and needs working from media agency briefing to execution media spots, setting the goals, control, results evaluation
-Actively seek ways to implement new tools - be responsible for involving new vendors or tools into media planning
-Prepare Digital reports (SMM, SEM, Web performance, etc), provide learnings and recommendations on actions.
-Analyze and provide input to local post-campaign reports
-Prepare new analytical reports per regional needs.
-Best-practices sharing across the team
-Run media trainings and workshops
-Support marketing teams with expertise in Media and Digital
1. Responsible for the planning, execution, and review of the entire process of Xiaomi's new product launch project in Thailand, and responsible for the long-term market strategy of the product line, supporting the business development in Thailand
2. Manage the output, schedule, and project budget of various functional departments for new product projects in the Thai market
3. Responsible for cross departmental communication in project dimensions, as well as communication with regions and headquarters, to ensure rapid and two-way penetration of core information
Qualification：
-University degree, Marketing/advertising is a plus
-At least 5 years' experience in Media/media agencies working with tech brands is a plus, in-house planning and across team work experience is a plus, experience in Project management function is a plus.
-Fluent English written and speaking
-Solid understanding marketing capabilities including digital analytical skills, familiar with digital tools such Google analytics, Similar Web etc. is a plus. Project management skill is required,
-Knowledge or interest towards smartphone product is a plus
-Management/coordination of complex projects
-Excellent communication skills
-Well-organized person
-Strong analytical skills, easy working with numbers
-Ready to embrace and work in a fast-changing environment
