What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and execute clear digital ads copy and message, email sequences, and social media posts to attract job seekers and employers.

• Analyze marketing data (traffic, conversions, users, campaign ROI) and recommend optimizations

• Find and reach out to potential partners (universities, education providers, companies) for co-branded content, partnership programs, and recruitment needs.

• Guide and onboard new partners—help them set up profiles, understand pricing, and get basic training.

• Serve as the main point of contact for partner questions or issues, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance planning and execution.

• Fluent in Thai (spoken and written).

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, email platforms, and basic analytics is an advantage.
