Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager (Condo/Luxury Project)

Position Details

Job Description:

  • Manage marketing strategy, business planning, brand positioning, marketing communication, agency management of the assigned projects.
  • Managing PR campaigns including media coverage and marketing activities and events (both offline and online).
  • Preparing marketing budgets. Reporting on performances against targets.
  • Ensuring that all programs under development are in line with budgets.
  • Cooperate with corporate marketing team to align on-going campaigns and what can be expected in the future.


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years experienced in Project Marketing, Marketing Communication.
  • Experience in Real Estate would be advantage.
  • Strong analytical skill, good management skill, team working, and leading personality.
  • Positive thinking, positive attitude, proactive and energetic.
  • Good personality and good interpersonal relation.
  • Good command in English and Fluent in Thai.
  • Able to work hard in flexible hours.
