Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to create market awareness and increase sales/marketing.
• Analyze the market and competition to propose suitable marketing strategies and tactics.
• Create and manage advertising, offline/online marketing, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and media.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust marketing strategies based on analysis results.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years experience in a offline, online marketing preferably in the real estate industry.
• Skills in planning and executing effective marketing activities.
• Ability to analyze market data and competition.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and media agency
• Good command of English Communication (Chinese speaking will be advantage)
• Creativity and expertise in using technology and online marketing tools.
