Monitor and manage the operations of marketing communications, including the arrangement of marketing communication materials, to attract target audience effectively and appropriately
Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of marketing communication operations to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
Manage seminars, trade shows, industry exhibitions, and other related events to inform customers about products and service
Analyze communication activity, campaign and media performance and adapt for improvement
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure effective work and meet organization’s requirements, deadlines, and budget
Control making summary reports of overall marketing communications to propose to the supervisor
Keep up to date with current marketing trends to improve the performance of the team
Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
Have knowledge in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing
Have computer skills
Have communication skills
