• Managing Warehouse and operation: Build relationship with the 3PL in charge of warehousing. Coordinate and communicate business requirements (volumes, SLAs, i.e.) and standards to 3PL, and ensure their successful execution. Monitor daily performance, validate action plans to cope with activity (OT, extra shifts). Ensure and guarantee accuracy of DC stocks and flows in SAP and the 3PL WMS. Generate specific flows impacting DC stocks (stock transfers, return to warehouse from stores). Manage the Digital in-house Warehouse including BAU vs peak campaign volume/capacity and efficiency.

• Managing Inbound Freight: Build relationship with Freight forwarders: operations (instructions for shipment pick-up, tracking status …), service levels monitoring, financial controlling, and contract management (performance review – leads quarterly performance review). Monitor compliance of processes with customs and regulatory rules. Manage claims and incident (if any).

• Managing Distribution to stores: Oversee distribution operations from warehouse to stores: Work hand in hand with Supply planning team to plan and prioritize shipment, management of issues, invoice check. Proposes/ implement/ Improvement changes when needed.

• You have 10+ years of experience in Logistics, ideally in retail including eCommerce, if not in FMCG
• You’re a good team leader who can collaborate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders at all level including Senior management
• You enjoy working in fast paced environment and under pressure
• You have strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiation, conflict management)
• You are hands-on and solution-oriented
• You have good command of spoken and written English
