Responsibilities

• Plan to the develop the teams and the working process as efficient as possible
• Plan the budget to increase the number of branches and ensure efficient land reclamation in line with the company's objectives.
• Plan the year reclamation project company
• Control the constructing budget and company land reclaiming to be complete
• Adjust the electronic devices, sanitation and company’s air conditioner to be efficient
• Coordinate with municipality for the building permission
• Manage the old and new branches of the company to be complete
• It is the responsibility of the designer and the users to consider the design of desks, chairs, and movable furniture
• Plan the work process about constructing whether it be building structure, budget control, project development or any related project
• Summarize and prepare a report on the progress of the work
• Control the work and inspect the completed work to ensure it meets the standards
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Experienced in the working fields at least 3 years
• Proficient using Autocad and Microsoft
• Reproducing and evaluation the constructing cost
• Good personalities and mindset
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
• Proficient skills in Construction Management and Property Development
