We are searching for ambitious and talented graduates to join our L'Oréal SeedZ (Management Trainee Program) in 2024!

What is L'Oréal SeedZ?

SeedZ is the Management Trainee program by L'Oréal. Inspired by building our future young talents from ground up like seedling nurseries, the program aims to equip top Gen-Z young graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to kickstart their careers in the company.

In the 18-month program, you will undertake several missions to build a business expertise, enriched with experiences and exposure to leadership for mentorship, sponsorship and network building. That will give you an accelerated discovery of the L'Oréal ecosystem, culture and ways of working.

Available Functions

Our program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic beauty industry across a variety of exciting métiers or functions:

• Commercial (i.e. sales, modern trade, general trade, route to market, and dealer development)
• Consumer & Market Insights
• Data Analytics
• E-commerce
• Human Resources
• Marketing
• Supply Chain (i.e. supply planning, demand planning, and logistics)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of work experience or Master’s Degree.
• A collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial drive – you're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, always eager to uncover creative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high leadership potential.
• Excellent communication in English and Thai.
• L’Oréal Brandstorm or L’Oréal Intern a BIG PLUS!
