Key Account Support (SPX Express)

Job Description

• Visits to 15-20 sellers in the Bangkok area
• Observe the pick-up process at each seller's location.
• Understand their current operations and pain points.
• Note any recurring problems related to the receiving process (e.g., delays, inefficiencies).
• Collect feedback on potential improvements or solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Express or Logistics industry.
• Available to work 6 days a week.
• Have a driver's license and a personal car.
