Responsibilities

• Be a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR-related matters
• Provide guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct thorough investigations where required.
• Advising management on HR-related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.
• Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.
• Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met.
• Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• 0 – 3 years of experience in HR functions or any related field will be an advantage
• Professional use of MS Office
• Possess self-motivation, strong leadership, and highly responsible.
• Language proficiency in English – written & spoken
• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
• Excellent people skills interpersonal, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations and talent management systems.
