International Business Manager

About the job

• Analyze market information and design and implement a strategic business plan.
• Monitor situation of company product and identify opportunities or threat in order to adjust strategy for business development.
• Monitor customer, competitor, and market activity and trends, providing input to the development of short- and long-term plans to proactively address changes.
• Cooperate with other departments to align working process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in responsible market.
• Find appropriate new customer for new product in responsible market.
• Prepare reports on progress against plans, budgets, and targets for senior management.
• Cooperate with customers to understand demand of the market in order to do forecasting.
• Identify and resolve issues which may impede achievement of objectives.
• Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience in international business and familiarity with different cultural business practices.
• Knowledge of the industry’s regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues that may impede business objectives.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
