Information Technology Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose IT issues on the spot and offer solutions to quickly get users up and running with minimum downtime
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues onsite or remote for customers with appointment
• Resolves issues related to desktop computing, software, and hardware
• Support all end-user BAU activities such as software upgrades, installation / Uninstallation of approved software
• Utilize Service Now to record and track all incident related to service calls and appointment

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
• Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
• kPrevious experience supporting Banking/financial environment is an advant
• ageKnowledge of financial applications and MS Office suite of products
• Experience in customer service/support, client services, production support or technical support role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft product such as O365, Teams, Windows OS 10
• Working knowledge of Windows OS 10, Apple Mac, and Mobile device (Apple, Android)
• Strong technical skills related to desktop, mobile, End User compute environment
