Job Description

1. Permit & License Management

• Handle the full process of applying for and following up on permits and licenses (e.g., construction, electrical, environmental, operation) for EPC projects.

• Prepare and submit all required documents, application forms, and technical drawings as required by law.

• Keep track of permit expiration dates and take timely action to renew them.

2. Coordination with Authorities & Stakeholders

• Communicate with government departments, local authorities, and consultants to ensure all submissions are correct and on time.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to ensure each project has the necessary permits in place.

3. Record Management & System Use

• Use the Mango system to maintain records of all permits, including application dates, approval status, and renewal deadlines.

• Create regular updates and reports on the status of permits for the team and company management.

4. Compliance & Process Improvement

• Stay updated on changes in government regulations or permit procedures and adjust company processes accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in permit handling, preferably in the EPC or construction industry.

• Experience using the Mango system or similar permit/compliance tracking software.

• Strong knowledge of permit processes in Thailand (or the project’s location country).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with both internal teams and external agencies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with online documentation systems is a plus.
