    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding guides, and policies.
    • Process employee requests and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.


    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Assist in resolving administrative problems and employee conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
    • Support HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.


    Training and Development:

    • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support employee development.
    • Maintain records of employee participation in training and development programs, ensuring compliance with training requirements.


    Compliance and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and audits.
    • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.


    General HR Duties:

    • Support HR projects such as performance evaluations, salary reviews, and health and wellness initiatives.
    • Organize and manage the HR department’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
    • Assist in planning and executing HR events, activities, and employee engagement initiatives.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
    • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment platforms.
    • Basic knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
    • Experience in a multinational company or within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
