HR Transformation & People Advisory, Analyst

Position Details

Main Duties & Responsibilities


  • Handle cases raised by employees and stakeholders and advise on recommendation and actions, effectively addressing difficult situation with related parties.
  • Facilitate and improve HR processes and platform (Workday).
  • Review and update the company’s policy to reassure the needs of employees while creating knowledge articles in Workday to keep information relevant for employees’ self-service.
  • Implement HR Communication through multiple channels: HR e-newsletters and hosts a monthly virtual HR talk session in various topics.
  • Manage employee benefits programs.
  • Provide the report and dashboard.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR advisory or a similar role.
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking.
  • Attention to detail and able to work multitasking under high pressure environment.
