Head Of Leasing

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop leasing strategic plans and ensure the effectiveness of managing commercial and operational job functions.
• Generate and monitor operation costs both of OPEX and CAPEX for any new project related to occupancy rate growth.
• Monitoring Project timeline to handover leased space for office and retail space to achieve stadtholder goal.
• Set up yearly budget for operation, marketing activities with Marketing team and leasing to achieve its financial target with cost controlling to reduce losses and maximum profit.
• Plan Control and oversee the property management company to ensure professional and transparency in managing the property by preparing necessary reports for MD and CEO.
• Develop, implement, manage budgetary and resources allocation plans to achieve the business objective.
• Contribute marketing promotion and event planning to raise project occupancy Promoting of advertisement spaces and event area to potential and existing tenants.
• Seeking new revenue and benefit to achieve company goal.
• Job strong relationship with key anchor tenant and global brand

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail leasing, sale, business development or Brands
• Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in having several subordinates.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and computer literacy
