Check and processes daily transactions as allocated by Team Leader, GTS within service standards following strictly Group’s policy, procedures and local regulations.
Actively collaborate with Client Services/Team Leader to raise/work on issues/hiccups impacting on daily process.
Proactively builds up good relationship with internal stakeholders and customers through daily communication.
Expands knowledge by attending online courses, training courses, cross learning etc. provided by the Bank.
Actively work with related stakeholders to provide solutions to address customers' issues and/or accommodate business demand
Actively engage on streamlining process activities.
Qualifications
Certifications, Qualifications & Experience
At least 3-4 year experience in banking - trade product
Communication in English
Meticulous and careful
Thoroughly understand international practices: UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG, etc., candidate holding international certificate CITF/CDCS/CSDG would be an advantage
