Global Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and market dynamics.
• Lead market research efforts to gather customer insights, competitive analysis, market trends, and product opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.

Marketing Leadership:

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s unique selling propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing channels.

Team Management and Development:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
• Establish clear team goals and KPIs that align with business objectives and monitor team performance.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a key brand advocate within and outside the organization, representing Mogu Mogu in various forums, presentations, and partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.
• Work closely with global counterparts to ensure brand consistency and share best practices.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Drive innovation in marketing practices and strategies to adapt to changing consumer behaviors and technological advancements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new ideas and technologies into the brand strategy as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
