Responsibilities:
Responsible for all secretarial & administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, incoming & outgoing documents.
Arrange appointments, organize and provide services at any meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Manage databases and document filings.
Handle email correspondences and liaise with relevant departments.
Generate department reports as required on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 7 years of previous office work experience with key skills for secretaries.
Proficient in computer programs and typing.
Service mind, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and assertive personality.
Time management and communication skills are essential.
Good command of written & spoken English . Chinese is a plus
