Initiate Event concept, strategy and ideas based on Cultural Art, Entertainment and Lifestyle activation segment in order to create customer experience, draw traffics and help support sales and awareness functions at SIWILAI for Retail (Multi brands / Mono brand) and Social Club (F&B) department.
Deliver fresh and creative ideas for Event Function.
Initiate and Manage both new partnerships and existing partnership in order to create versatile all year round event functions and happenings.
Onground event manage and execution.
Manage all Partnership (Local / International and External).
Control budget and manage Traffic between Internal and External Team.
Manage and supervise team members.
Qualifications
Strong background and work experiences in Event Organizer (or International / Local Festival), Event Marketing, Retail Business, Creative Agency
Deep knowledge in Event Organizer / Event Marketing work functions and Creative fields
Have a creative mindset with excellent in taste and reference that match with SIWILAI’s positioning and targeted customer
Proven records of success Event Marketing campaigns from previous work experiences
Detail oriented and KPIs driven
Have a critical / analytic and creative mindset and able to adjust themselves to different work tasks and functions
Detail oriented and KPIs driven
Able to work in multitasking functions and can work under pressure
Good command of English
