Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources (HRM/HRD), Business Administration, Management or other related fields
Minimum 8 years of progressive relevant work experience in HRM/HRD, preferably from FMCG industries or Multi-national Company work environments
Previous leadership experience in middle management level is desirable
HR professional and managerial competencies on change management, talent development, forward thinking and ability to perform with minimal work direction are required
Good computer literacy (MS Office and HRIS is preferred), fluently English verbal & reading/written communications and facilitation skill
