Internship duration: At least 2 months
In this role, you will get to:
- Assist with HR operational processes such as attendance management and employee relations.
- Participate in People Operations projects, including onboarding and employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR activities.
- Provide documentation support to the HR team and handle paperwork.
- Support the organization of company activities, including company trips, new year parties, and meetings.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
You'll be successful if you have:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any area.
- A strong interest in Human Resources with well-versed communication skills
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Thai
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A people-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
