Employer Branding Manager

Scope of work:

• Craft an employer branding plan that aligns perfectly with CIMB Thai's unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Master the art of managing the company's presence on career platforms, social media, and the company careers website. Turn these platforms into talent magnets.
• Go beyond the usual! Identify new and innovative channels to build the company's brand and connect with potential talent, both online and in-person. Think outside the box!
• Initiating and engaging with stakeholders inside and outside the organization to build a powerful employer brand.
• Tracking the employer branding strategy’s success to measure the efficiency of each communication channels
