    Marketing Manager - Coffee Journey and New Brands

    Position Details

    Main Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.


    Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for digital, print, and social media channels.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.


    Product launches:

    • Establish monthly sales forecasts and promotion targets for each promotional campaign.
    • Develop comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, marketing calendars, and oversee new product development initiatives.
    • Maintain strong working relationships and coordination with the Operations, R&D, and Finance teams to ensure the proper implementation of marketing plans aligned with the company's short-term and long-term sales and profit growth objectives.


    Partnerships and Collaborations:

    • Collaborate among Corporate Marketing, Digital and Brands to identify and establish strategic partnerships to amplify brand visibility and reach.


    Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
    • Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team.


    Job Specifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for food and a keen eye for market trends.
