Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct an analysis, including data gathering, business requirements, processing, and dynamic dashboards, in both Commercial and Product areas.
• Manage and ensure the reliability of data in cloud database
• Extract and drive actionable insights based on customer behavior data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end data analytics solutions.
• Encourage and train related teams in data usage best practices, analysis techniques, and interpretations.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical fields, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong skills in Data Analytics and techniques.
• Significant experience with SQL, BI tools, and working with large datasets
• Good interpersonal and client handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and simplify technical information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English communication skills.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry will be a plus.
